Craft Group wrapped up on a high on Tuesday with a great day of creativity, sharing and friendship. With our usual function area in use, we made ourselves cosy in another area of the club. Everyone was very productive, finishing off projects for Christmas and making a make & take using the spectacular new 'Presto Patterns Specialty Paper' from the mini catalogue as pictured below.
Since it's Christmas, our morning tea was a bit naughty but we enjoyed it very much as well as the fabulous lunch which Wynnum Manly Workers Club consistently serves up.
Lastly, we exchanged some hand made gifts & ideas and we all left that day with potential projects buzzing around in our heads. Now we just have to set aside the time to make them. Our craft group will resume next year when school goes back and we look forward to welcoming back our usual friends as well as some newbies.
